Who we are

AAG Exotics is a dba of Plutus Automotive LLC, a California licensed vehicle dealer (Dealer License #86071) located at 3190 Airport Loop Dr, Unit B1, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. You can reach us at (949) 710-5635 or sales@aagexotics.com. In this policy, "we," "us" and "our" mean Plutus Automotive LLC dba AAG Exotics.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us when you fill out a form, call, text, email or message us, including:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• The vehicles you are interested in and your budget
• Details about a car you want to sell or trade, including the VIN, mileage, condition, title status and photos or documents you upload
• Your interest in financing
• The messages you send us

Saved cars ("My Garage") are stored only in your own browser on your device. We do not receive that list unless you send it to us.

When you visit the site, we and our service providers may automatically collect basic device and usage data, such as browser type, device type, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit. The site uses browser storage and may use cookies to remember your saved cars and settings.

How we use your information

• To answer your questions and send you the information you request
• To schedule appointments and test drives
• To prepare cash, trade-in and consignment offers on your vehicle
• To help arrange financing when you ask us to
• To complete a purchase or sale, including title, registration and paperwork
• With your consent, to send you calls and texts, including marketing messages
• To operate, secure and improve the site, and to meet our legal obligations

Who we share it with

We share personal information only as described here:

• With lenders and financing partners, only when you ask us to help with financing
• With the DMV and registration services to title and register a vehicle
• With service providers that help us run our business, such as our dealer management and customer relationship management (CRM) software, website hosting and communication tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• When required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or others

We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messaging

If you check the consent box on one of our forms, we may call or text you, including marketing messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

The site does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals. If we add tracking or advertising tools in the future, we will honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser.

Third-party tracking

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows a Google map of our location, and these providers may receive your device's IP address and browser information when they load. We do not currently allow third parties to track you across other websites through this site. If that changes, we will update this policy.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we have about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to not be treated differently for using these rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity before we respond.

Shine the Light. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 lets California residents ask whether a business has shared personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your information. No website or method of sending information is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers through our website forms. When you apply for financing, we will send you a secure link to complete the application.

Financing customers

If you apply for financing, you will also receive our separate financial privacy notice, which explains how we handle the financial information you give us for that application.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. If a change materially affects how we use information we already have, we will tell you before the change applies to that information.
