These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Plutus Automotive LLC dba AAG Exotics ("we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

General information

The information on this site is for general information only. It is not an offer to sell a vehicle on particular terms. The terms of any purchase or sale are set only in a signed written agreement.

Prices, availability and specifications

Prices, availability, mileage, equipment and specifications can change without notice. All vehicles are subject to prior sale. Listed prices are the full selling price, plus government fees and taxes, any finance charges, any electronic filing charge, and any emission testing charge. We do not charge a dealer document processing fee. Please confirm all details with us before you buy.

Errors

We work to keep the site accurate, but errors can happen. We may correct any error in pricing, descriptions, photos or other information at any time, including after you have contacted us, and we are not bound by an error before a written agreement is signed.

Vehicle photos

When a vehicle's gallery starts with a studio image, that lead image is a digitally created studio image of the vehicle. All other photos show the actual vehicle.

Payment estimates

Monthly payments shown on this site are estimates for illustration only, based on the rate, term and down payment shown with them. They are not an offer of credit. Actual rate and terms depend on lender approval.

Offers on your car

Cash, trade-in and consignment offers are subject to an in-person inspection and verification of title and any loan payoff. Payment in less than 24 hours applies once title is in hand. Offers are valid for 7 days.

No warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is." We make no warranties about the site or its content. Any warranty on a vehicle is provided only in a signed written agreement and as stated on that vehicle's Buyers Guide.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.
